Make sure you choose all of your Architrac options, Pinch Pleat or Ripplefold, if you choose Ripplefold choose Fullness, Choose Master Carrier (Butt or Overlap), Choose Draw/Stack, Choose Cord Position and Drop length and Mounting Brackets.

He had me at “Hello!”–the proprietor of Curtain Rod Club. I’ll say at the outset that the things I ordered were exactly what I ordered. No problems; I got what I expected. What I didn’t expect was the affable, quick-to-help man who answered the phone simply with “Hello!” when I dialed. He demonstrated patience with me as I asked him the idiot questions (because I’m not an expert). He informed me. He helped me. In fact, I needed snap tape, which was not available on the website. He told me to give him an hour to get it added to the website. Not only did he add it to the website within the hour, but he also called back to tell me after he added it. Finally, he told me he would try to get the shipment out the next day, but he shipped to me the same day I placed the order. The undersell and overperform business model stands the test of time. I wish I had more than a single project. You made a happy customer who wants to join your club.
Absolutely excellent customer service thanks to Taylor. My curtain rod arrived today just four days late. There was a little trouble at the Canadian border clearing customs but FedEx solve the problem. Thank you so much
